Why TACTICS courses are different

We offer a series of practical, relevant and effective classroom training courses to improve the usefulness and useability of information in an organisation.

Our courses are designed in the US, Australia and New Zealand to meet international standards of quality and effectiveness.

Our training aims to make employee performance more effective by improving the information content of their on-the-job communication including written material, customer support, presentations and decision-making. We focus on improving the content of communication (information) rather than just enhancing the performance skills of communicating.

All our training courses are fully task-oriented. We teach practical “how to”, not general concepts and theory. Key features of our courses are on-the-job work aids, templates and software which are included in the material given to participants. These productivity tools lead to immediate improvement in the workplace.

We run these courses in public sessions as well as in-house programmes.

In-house programmes have TACTICS’ unique competency checklists. These help managers measure the effective transfer of skills back on the job and are one of the main differences between TACTICS courses and training offered by other companies.
